Josh, a former Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician, offers extensive experience from roles with SEAL Team 7 and as a Team Leader for The White House. He is dedicated to supporting service members in their transition out of the military.

Tania has worked as a Design and Innovation Strategist across a wide range of industries including aviation, commercial architecture, and federal consulting. She is dedicated to creating a seamless experience for Service Members as they prepare to transition,

Deputy COO
Aimee Cooper
With a robust career spanning over two decades, Aimee retired with distinction as a Commander in the United States Navy, Judge Advocate General Corps. During her tenure Aimee served in various litigation roles, and advisory roles to include health care, operational law, and Deputy Legal Counsel for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. Prior to commissioning, Aimee was a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.
